Lettuce, Gouda, Bacon and Tomato (LGBT?)

It was only a few days ago that the LGBT community took on Chic Fil A for its president’s stance–not against same sex marriage–on behalf of the Biblical definition that marriage is only between a man and a woman. Pro-marriage citizens from across the nation staged a Chic Fil A appreciation day to demonstrate the self evident nature of marriage being between one man and one woman. The LGBT community immediately countered by announcing a “kiss in” counter protest, which the media gave tons of free publicity. No shame, nor many reports were generated when the “kiss in” was a virtual no show. Media then just focused on personal interest stories rather than on the lack of masses. The worse was yet to come.

Tim Graham, director of Media Analysis at the Media Research Center, had his eye on the networks after a shooter compromised security at the Family Research Council in Washington, DC. A heroic guard was shot in the arm before he wrestled the shooter to the floor and subdued him. The shooter was carrying a hand gun and a backpack with some 16 Chic-Fil-A sandwiches and his intentions were to make a point against FRC for its stance supporting traditional marriage. Graham noticed the same thing I did–the major news outlets covered the story leaving out the main motivation–that shooter Floyd Corkins was a volunteer for six months for the radical DC Center for the LGBT Community.
Graham said in a newsbusters.org column, “ABC was the only broadcast network that offered a full story on the FRC office shooting on Wednesday night. They led with the story and gave it two and a half minutes. None of the network newscasts reported the breaking detail that shooter Floyd Corkins volunteered for six months at the D.C. Center for the LGBT Community, adding depth to his political motivation.” The bias of the news media toward sodomites is shameful. If Corkins had been a Christian attacking an LGBT office, the meida would have likely covered the story complete “experts” talking about hate crimes, domestic terrorism and a whole bunch of other extremist pronouncements.

LGBT isn’t about Chic-Fil-A sandwiches. Nor does it stand for Lettuce, Gouda, Bacon and Tomato. It is the acronym for one of the greatest abominations of our time: prideful declaration and forced public acceptance of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender sexually deviant preferences. With all the hate these people have for those of us who disagree with them, once in a while an inmate will escape from the asylum and act on it. They can try to disguise it with rainbow symbols, but it is still there. I have been in their meetings as a reporter, and know of their hostility, especially against Christians. Yeshua said in Luke 21:17, “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.” This is one group that fulfills this prophesy in modern times and people like Corkins are just the tip of the iceberg. Oh how they need the Messiah!
