No More Pearls Before Swine

ray-gano-medFolks, I am going to be honest and say that we feel God “shifting gears” in a sense. More and more Tracye and I realize that people here just don’t love God anymore.

In fact people are beginning to get downright hostile towards Bible believing Christians.

I got the following email this week. It kind of stood out from most of the “hate mail” I get.

Please note, that I did not change or edit anything, the language is pretty harsh with one curse word towards the end…

jesus asked you to change the world by taking care of your fellow man. instead you instill ignorance and fear and helplessness indulging yourselves in a practice that is considered a sin by all religions. seems to me that the end days mean an end to your twisted interpretation of religion which has created most of the brutality you now believe will claim the very existence of humanity. talk about a self fulfilling prophecy. and now i see my people taking your lead and it makes me sick.

jews have always used compassion and wisdom to solve problems and when i see instigators like netanyahu trying to set the middle east on fire all i can think of is that when you lay down with dogs you really do get up with fleas. centuries of exposure to low minded goyim like yourself has infected the jewish mind. are you happy now? you’ll be even more ecstatic when we all die or convert to christianity, right?

and, of course, it is all a cover for your racism. president obama has more christianity in his little finger than you do in your entire fat, ugly body. if these are truly apocalyptic times than he is our prince of peace. civilization started in africa and in the end it is the mother continent that will bring peace and sanity to the world.

and i hate to break it to you, fool, but if all this shit really does go down as you predict, that little piece of texas you inhabit won’t last very long. maybe i’m wrong. maybe your delusions will actually shield you from the nuclear missiles that will rain on the earth when the red horse rides. i wouldn’t be surprised.

This stood out to me because of the shear hatred that is seething from this person. I am beginning to get more of these sort of emails weekly.

Not that it surprises me, it is the days we live in.

So what am I doing?

I believe that we should continue with our Christian walk, always being a good witness to those around us as best as we can. When people have questions, we should always be ready to give an answer for the hope that is within you.

I know that this sounds harsh, but I am no longer casting pearls before swine. We have to remember that people have freewill, and it is their freewill choice to either follow Him or not. Nothing we say or do can change that.

If the holy spirit has not called them, then there is no way that they can come to the Lord. But if the Holy Spirit has called them and they have ignored it, then that is their freewill choice.

We must be called first.

In fact I am reminded of the following…

John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

We have to come to the realization that there are those who are not God’s sheep and there is nothing we can do about that. We share the gospel and plant the seeds. That is all we can do.

If you know of someone who has rejected Christ, then that is their freewill choice to accept or reject Him.

If they have rejected Him, then I really would not have much to do with them except keep them in prayer and be ready to give an answer for the hope.

I am here to share the hope with those who have an ear to hear. If they don’t want to hear, then we are told to wipe the dust off your feet and move on.

After that, ask God to lead you to someone who does have an ear to hear.

anti-christian-2We are living in a day and age where people do not care about God anymore.

94% of the population here in the United States does not maintain a biblical worldview.

Like the email above, they have in fact become hostile towards those of us who do maintain a biblical worldview.

These past few weeks I have had a verse running through my head over and over again.

Matthew 7:13-14 (KJV) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

“Few there be that find it.”

Those are heavy words that weigh upon my heart.

God is sifting America’s Christians today.

I strongly believe that He is looking for those who truly love Him verses those who just claim the title and are “Christians In Name Only” (C.I.N.O.)

If you have made it this far, then you can probably count yourself as one of us…. The Remnant.

I know that over the past year or so this has been the group of people who I feel the Lord leading me to minister to.

But as we venture into these hard days ahead, now more than ever, it is The Remnant who need God’s Word because no church is teaching it where they live.

The Remnant need encouragement because everyone around them think they are a few french fries short of a happy meal.

The Remnant need fellowship because like minded people are few are far between.

The Remnant need prayer and praying with others, joining together but miles apart as one in the body of Christ.

The Remnant need all these things and more.

We are the ones who will be picking up the pieces when this nation falls.

We will also be the ones sharing with those in the world when they have questions about why our great nation fell.

There are going to be those who stay and minister and those who are being called to another land more open and having an ear to hear.

We Are The Remnant

We are the ones who have the ear to hear and the hope in their hearts.

The world hates us, that is evident more and more daily.

But what is surprising and I guess caught me off guard is that hatred that is here in our own nation.

A growing seething hatred for the bible believing Christian.

I am reminded of this same sort of hatred just over 70 or so years ago.

That hatred that was directed at 11 million.

11 million people who died because a nation’s people allowed it to turn to hate.

Of that 11 million people, 6 million of people were the apple of God’s eye, the Jewish people of Europe. The rest were bible believing Christians, morally just people, as well as malcontents.

If things continue to progress, and I believe that they will, the same thing will happen here as well. I keep asking why the need for all those FEMA camps?

From this day forward, my pearls are for The Remnant and those who have an ear to hear.
